RESA END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR
ONLINE APPLICATIONS
IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY:
This Resa End-User License Agreement
("REULA") is a legal agreement (contract) between:
By using RASP (including all contained applications; Resa Scientific
Forecasting, Stock Exchange Simulator, Resa Secure Document
Transmittal, Free Statistics Calculator, etc...) or any UPDATES (as defined below), you agree to
be bound by the terms of this REULA. If you do not agree to the
terms of this REULA, do not use RASP (Applications) nor apply for a RASP
Account.
In addition, by using any updates or other components of RASP that
you “receive” (in the form of extended Account rights)
separately as part of RASP ("UPDATES"), you agree to be
bound by any additional license terms that accompany such UPDATES.
If you do not agree to the additional license terms that accompany
such UPDATES, you may not use such UPDATES.
Only legitimate RASP Account holders are
entitled to a SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE. If you have any questions, please contact

RASP, RSWS, and all RASP Applications:

which you may have received (by e-mail) supersede the terms of any
on-screen REULA found within our website.
1. LICENSE TO USE SOFTWARE PRODUCT
1.1 General License Grant
Resa Corporation grants to you as an individual, a personal,
nonexclusive license to use RASP, RSWS, and RASP Applications for the sole purpose of:

time series analysis or developing, and testing your
own forecasting systems or software product(s) that are designed to
operate as finished forecasting solutions, and not as development
product(s) (Application = RESA SCIENTIFIC FORECASTING / DEVELOPER
EDITION) | |
| performing time series analysis, and
forecasting for educational, research, or consulting purposes
even if it is of a commercial nature. (Application = RESA
SCIENTIFIC FORECASTING / PROFESSIONAL INTERNET EDITION) | |
| playing with simulation software, for the sole purpose of recreational,
non-commercial, education and entertainment (Application = XYCOON) | |
| using the functions contained in 'Free
Statistics Calculator', provided
you do not use it commercially (you may not charge money for
providing the functionality of Free Statistics Calculator) | |
| performing mathematical matrix algebra, or table-based
statistical analysis. Also, not develop, and test your own
analysis systems or software product(s) that are designed to
operate as finished maths/statistics solutions, and
development product(s) (Application = MATRIX OBJECT MODEL) | |
You may use RASP, RSWS, and all RASP Applications on an unlimited number of
computers provided that you are the only individual using it. If
you are an entity, Resa Corporation grants you the right to
designate one individual within your organization to have the sole
right to use RASP, RSWS, and all RASP Applications in the manner provided above.
1.2 Documentation
This REULA grants you, as an individual, a
personal, nonexclusive license to make and use an unlimited number
of copies of any documentation, provided that such copies shall be
used only for personal purposes and are not to be republished or
distributed (either in hard copy or electronic form) beyond the
user's premises.
Resa Corporation is proud to present (in this website) scientific
resources for the purpose of education, instruction, and scientific
research. You may use this material for non-commercial purposes, as
long as the source URL and (C)opyright notice is properly displayed
and visibible at all times.
1.3 Storage/Network Use
You may also store or install your
personal data (such as time series) on a RASP storage device, such
as a network server, in accordance with Section 1.1. A single
license may not be shared or used concurrently by other end
users.
2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS
RASP and all of
its Components are Not For Resale (this also applies to RASP
Accounts). You may not rent, lease or lend RASP Accounts. This REULA
does not grant you any rights in connection with any trademarks or
service marks of Resa Corporation. We may provide you with support
services related to RASP, RSWS, and all RASP Applications ("Support Services"). Without
prejudice to any other rights, Resa Corporation may terminate this
REULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this
REULA.
3. COPYRIGHT
All title and intellectual property rights in and
to RASP, RSWS, and all RASP Applications (including but not limited to any images, photographs,
animations, video, audio, music, and text that is incorporated), the accompanying printed materials, and any
copies (or backups) are owned by Resa Corporation or its suppliers. All
title and intellectual property rights in and to the content which
may be accessed through use of RASP, RSWS, and all RASP Applications is the property of the
respective content owner and may be protected by applicable
copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This
REULA grants you no rights to use such content. All rights not
expressly granted are reserved by Resa Corporation.
4. DISCLAIMER
All RASP Users must be ware of (and accept) the
Limited Warranty warning.
